Any tips to help them bond with me I think it’s the male that keeps the female from bonding as she used to come on my hand

also they just won’t go into there cage to sleep just sleep on a thin piece of wood over the window how would I get them to sleep in the cage

Won’t eat anything besides it’s food except millet. Just now is eating millet from my hand, but acts afraid if I try to get close. I wonder if it will ever make up to me.
Do you have any suggestions.
