As Modest Parrots(modesta), but nape with indistinct yellowish collar, which greatly varies from bird to bird; sides of head and throat more dark brownish-grey.

Female as modesta, but with variable yellowish tinge to nape

These parrots average 5.5 inches or 14 cm in length, from beak to tip of tail.
