I am petrified of the birds when they fly around, I tried to let them out of their cage but I had a full blown panic attack and army crawled across the room to get out! I have bought them a very large cage because I feel sorry for them, but I just cannot let them out..I talk to them every day and sometimes they fly at me, sometimes they talk to me, but I cannot handle the flapping.. do you have any tips to get over my phobias and connect with my brids?
