It wasn’t on the list so I chose Amazon, as I understand their diets are similar.

I don’t see any credentials for an avian vet or parrot nutritionist behind this information. Diet is the leading cause of shortened life spans.
Meat should never be fed to captive birds according to every leading avian vet and parrot nutritionist. They don’t process cholesterol the same as humans and they are susceptible to all sorts of fat-related diseases.

The rest of the bread is dropped on the bench (makes for a messy breakfast) ?! He also loves mushrooms (raw), peas (cooked), and the inner seeds from fresh chilies, capsicum and snow peas! In addition to bird seed, his dietary staples include corn-on-the-cob (fresh), baby spinach, and rice (cooked). He’s not very interested in fruit, but nibbles on the outer skin of fresh pineapple, and dried mango. Also likes chicken and fish, but shuns any red meat. One last thing, he loves (LOVES) cooked rice noodles…but only gets these occasionally! He seems healthy. Do you think his diet is okay?
